Grade 1 R 50250 Excellent corrosion resistance and formability but limited strength. Heating coils, heat exchangers.
Grade 2 R 50400 Very good formability, good strength, excellent corrosion resistance. Sports equipment, chemical processing.
Grade 3 R 50550 Good formability, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance. Plating jigs, orthodontic pins.
Grade 4 R 50700 Highest strength of commercially pure grades, limited ductility, excellent corrosion resistance. Plating jigs, orthodontic pins.
ALPHA / BETA
Ti 6 Al 4 V R 56400 Most widely used Titanium alloy, excellent fatigue strength, excellent corrosion resistance. Springs for high temperature.
