N04400 Monel 400 d 2.436 NA13 B 164 High strength with good formability. Good corrosion resistance, particularly in sea water. Braiding, components for marine engineering and chemical industry.
N05500 Monel K500 d 2.4375 NA18 Has the corrosion resistance of Monel 400, but can be precipitation hardened to provide increased strength. Marine engineering applications such as pump shafts, fasteners.
